Swank Farms is proud to have Spookleythe square pumpkin in our Kiddy Corral as a mentor to young children, teaching them the very important life lesson that it is OK to be different. Children need to feel special just like Spookley does.
Listen to the story of Spookley the Square Pumpkin

In 2013 we added GIANT DINOSAURS lining the path of our Cow Train path making for a Jurassic good time!

Last year our Kiddy Corral went through a make-over building a NEWChalk Board House, expanding our play area, building new Corn Boxes, adding bouncing horsesand even giving our Spookley Maze aface lift. Last year we wanted to add a slide to our Hay Jump and it didn’t happen, maybe this year

We have created a special place just for kids……..

In 2005 we put in our Spookley maze based on the best selling children’s book “The Legend of Spookley the Square Pumpkin” written by Joe Troiano. You can walk through the maze reading the story along the way. Learn why it’s O.K. to be square in a round world. Visit www.Spookley.com. The book is so special we have designed our school field trip program around it.

If your kids like to play in the sandbox, how about a box filled with corn? Try your hand at an old fashion corn grinder.

We all like walking over a swinging bridge. A little bounce and swing with each step. Nestled amongst stalks of six-foot high corn, kids love it!

Kids enjoy climbing on bales of hay. Jumping off is even more fun!

For kids who like to draw there is our Chalkboard House. The whole inside, walls and ceiling are painted with chalkboard paint.

Kids fish for goats with stocks of corn at the Swank Farms Corn Maze Wednesday morning. With many things to do at the farm it makes for a perfect place to celebrate the Halloween time of year.Has your child ever wanted to be a farmer? Thanks to our friends at New Holland Tractor they can jump on a pedal tractor and let their imaginations go wild! If you get hungry or thirsty don’t worry, we have a Snack Shack.

Each child gets to choose a pumpkin from our Kiddy Corral Patch to take home.

Don’t forget to visit our Pumpkin Patch before you leave or pick your own in our U-Pick Pumpkin Patch, new this year. You’ll be able to get all the pumpkins and seasonal decorations you’ll need to dress up your home in a festive fall look.

IMG_0145_editedWhile you’re there try your hand at panning for gemstones or fossils at our Mining Sluice. Start a collection!

On your way out to the car, stop and sling a pumpkin at our giant 16-foot “Ugly Pumpkin” slingshot. It’s truly fun for all ages!

Or maybe you would like to jump on our Giant Jumping Pillow or Belly Bouncer. Feel the need for speed? Jump on one of our Pedal Karts for a race around the track or try our Cow Train for a bouncy ride through the corn.

If your child is having a birthday we’d love to put a special package together just for you.

In 2017 The Swank Farms Experience

After 17 seasons we bought a piece of property adjoining our home ranch and “WE’VE MOVED HOME”! Only 2 point 1 miles from our old location on San Felipe Road off of Highway 156 headed north.

Our new event address is:
4751 Pacheco Pass Highway, Hollister, CA 95023

We made some big changes last year restructuring our entrance fees to include the Kiddy Corral and our Maniac Maze along with many of the activities. We hope this will make for a more enjoyable family experience.

If you enjoy a fun fall adventure you’ll want to come and check out our 2018 season as we are continuing to add to our event. We’ve been listening to our customers and this was the perfect time to restructure a few things. We still have the Kiddy Corral, Spookley Maze and Maniac Maze but customers will be able to enter all of these areas with one entrance fee. We have added a few new things like a second jumping pillow and a giant inflatable slide. In 2018 we plan to build a new fudge shop, store and snack shack all under one roof. Bathrooms and a real parking lot are in the plans too. VERY EXCITING!
