INGREDIENTS:

  • Iceberg lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Sliced black olives
  • Feta cheese
  • Italian salad dressing
  • Salt & pepper

DIRECTIONS:
Cut Iceberg lettuce into wedges.
Cut tomatoes into wedges and then in half for bite size pieces. Put in bowl and salt and pepper. Drizzle with salad dressing and heat in microwave for 60 seconds or so until warm. Cool.
Top wedges with tomatoes, feta cheese and olives. Add more dressing and serve.
