1 lb. Sugar Snap Peas
1-2 Fresh garlic, thinly sliced
½ Red bell pepper, cut into 2″ thin slices
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Soy sauce
¼ cup B & R Farms Apricot & Pepper Topping

Stir-fry peas, garlic and pepper in olive oil until peas are crisp tender. Add soy sauce and topping; toss and serve.
