Tri-Tip

INGREDIENTS:
Tri-tip steak seasoned with salt & pepper

MARINADE INGREDIENTS:
1.2 cup     Balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup     Olive oil
1/4 cup     Fresh basil, torn
1/2 cup     Fresh rosemary, stripped from stem
1/2 cup     Red onion, chopped
3 cloves     Garlic, chopped
1 tsp.         Salt
Fresh ground pepper

DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingredients in bowl and set aside. After grilling your steak to desired doneness, let the meat rest for 5 minutes.  Slice the meat and place it in a shallow baking dish. Cover with marinade and let stand for at least 5 minutes.
