INGREDIENTS:
Green Beans
Lemon juice
Olive oil
Sea salt & fresh ground pepper

DIRECTIONS:
In a fry pan cook the green beans in salted boiling water for a few minutes. Do not overcook! Drain. Add olive oil to pan and sauté green beans for a few minutes. Squeeze some lemon juice over the beans and salt and pepper to taste. This is a great side dish or as an appetizer. We can’t get enough of them!

Place potatoes in a large pot of water; bring to a boil. Add 1 T. salt and pasta; return to boil; cook 2 minutes.
Add beans, return to boil. Cook until vegetables are tender and pasta is al dente, about 6 minutes. Drain; toss with pesto. Season with salt & pepper; serve warm or at room temperature. For a little extra flavor; top with some crumbled bacon and or Feta cheese.
