Preheat grill. Peel away the outer husk without actually removing it, remove the inner silky threads and wrap the outer husk back around the ear. Soak the ears in water for 10 minutes, place on the grill for 15 to 20 minutes. Brush with butter and sprinkle with salt or try using some seasoned butter.
SEASONED BUTTER DIRECTIONS:
In a small bowl, mix together ½ cup melted butter and ½ teaspoon salt. Add ½ teaspoon black pepper, or a combination of ½ teaspoon paprika and ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper.
