Dick’s brother William is a professional photographer in Lafayette, CA. His friend, Carol, made this dish, and William photographed it. Although there is no exact recipe, he shared with me the main ingredients. Enjoy!

In a bowl add diced tomatoes, chopped basil, chopped garlic, olive oil and salt and pepper. Mix together and set aside on the counter. Meanwhile slice a baguette into diagonal slices and brush both sides with olive oil and place on a cookie sheet. In a 425 degree oven, toast bread until the golden brown. While bread is still warm rub with a clove of garlic. Top with Danish Blue Cheese, also known as Danablu, the tomato mixture and a basil leaf. Serve.
