In a bowl add diced tomatoes, chopped basil, chopped garlic, olive oil and salt and pepper. Mix together and set aside on the counter. Meanwhile slice a baguette into diagonal slices and brush one side with olive oil. Grill on one side as a platform for the topping.
Top with Danish Blue Cheese, also known as also known as Danablu, the tomato mixture and a basil leaf. Serve immediately.
